Project Manager

The project managers at Moran Construction Inc. oversee every aspect of a project from submitting the bid and negotiating subcontracts to project closeout. Our project managers are proficient in cost-estimating, maintaining budgets, value-engineering, purchasing, developing and executing schedules, coordinating project meetings and managing the team assembled for the project. They stay in constant contact with owners and coordinate with all of the individuals involved in the construction project from start to finish.

Superintendent

The superintendents at Moran Construction Inc. are key players in taking the physical steps that transform a client's vision into a reality. They handle the daily project responsibilities such as coordinating and scheduling subcontractors and material and equipment deliveries. They are in the field full-time supervising every detail to ensure productivity and efficiency. They are in constant communication with the project managers to maintain the project's integrity. Their focus is on completing a quality project; not just getting the job done, but getting it done right.
